The Freedom RunThe Freedom Run and Festival is an evening of fun for the whole family while honoring the sacrifices of 9/11. Come to the Dallas City Hall Plaza to compete in the 5K Freedom Run and Carollo Mile, enjoy entertainment, vendors and more. EVENTS IN FORT WORTH:

Safari ShuttleThe T's Safari Shuttle Adventure Express is a trolley bus leaving on the hour and half hour Saturdays from the Fort Worth Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC) Station to the Fort Worth Zoo. The ITC Station is located at 1001 Jones St. in downtown Fort Worth. Returning to the ITC Station is simple - board where you got off. Return trips from the Fort Worth Zoo board every 30 minutes between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.

The Fort Worth Zoo is recognized as one of the top zoos in the nation, with more than 1,200 creatures from around the world living in lush, natural-habitat settings. Tree-shaded, winding paths lead visitors to incredible exhibits like World of Primates, Asian Falls, Komodo Dragons, Meerkat Mounds, Raptor Canyons and Texas Wild!
