DART Fact Sheet: Green Line
The Green Line is the largest portion of an expansion that will lead to the doubling of DART's rail network to more than 90 miles by 2013. The first phase of the 28-mile, $1.8 billion project extends southeast of downtown Dallas to Fair Park. That section is scheduled to open in September 2009. DART Fact Sheet: Orange Line
The 14-mile Orange Line is a key component of a regional rail expansion that will lead to the doubling of DART's rail network to more than 90 miles by 2013. The Orange Line will run parallel with the Green Line through Downtown Dallas to Bachman Station in Northwest Dallas. DART Fact Sheet: SLRV
DART is updating its fleet of 115 light rail vehicles (LRV) by inserting a new, low-floor insert between the existing sections of the vehicle adding seating capacity and improving access through level boarding.
