Upcoming Procurement Opportunities
Upcoming Procurement Opportunities is a list of commodity, service, professional service, and/or construction requirements DART expects to issue, as a formal solicitation, within 30 to 60 days from the date of posting. Occasionally, issuance of the solicitation may take longer than 60 days. Regardless, as long as an item is listed under Upcoming Procurement Opportunities, the solicitation has not been issued.

DART will be using the design-build delivery method to perform both architecture/engineering and construction services for the Orange Line expansion to Irving and DFW Airport and the Blue Line extension from Garland to Rowlett. DART expects this approach will expedite the overall project schedule through concurrent efforts on design and construction.

Solicitations Online (Current Procurement Opportunities)
Solicitations Online provides brief descriptions and closing dates for current solicitations. Solicitations and amendments are also available for downloading. To download solicitation documents, vendors must first complete the two-part registration process, which essentially consists of completing the Vendor Registration (PART ONE) and Solicitations Online Registration (PART TWO).

Vendors who have completed the two-part registration process will be sent an email notification when solicitations or amendments are issued, provided that the NAICS codes specified in the vendor's profile match those listed at the end of each procurement opportunity posting. The email notification will also include the link for vendors to download the solicitation file. Therefore, registered vendors should make certain their NAICS code(s) match those listed at the end of each posting.
